Geir Frantzen is Senior Advisor and Manager of the Business Incubator at the Narvik Science Park. He has a Masters degree in marketing with specialisation within market research. He has experience from VINN and Bedriftskompetanse and experience from cross-border projects in North Calotte, Russia and EU. His special competence is within project management, business development and market research – especially within energy and oil & gas sectors.

Leif-Gunnar Hanssen is the Managing Director of the Narvik Science Park and has a Masters degree in Cybernetics. He worked earlier in the multinational company SIEMENS with experience of projects in Germany. He also has experience from energy supply and the oil and gas sector. He was the founder of a remote-learning company as well as an independent consultant in the oil and gas sector. His special competencies are within production, process and business development.

Dagfinn Johnsen is Administration Manager at NORUT Narvik and previously worked within business management at LKAB and Siemens. At NORUT he has been involved in developing business plans and economic models for new industrial production concepts.

Terje Nordvåg is Managing Director of NORUT Narvik and has a Masters degree in Applied Physics. He has worked in large E&P projects in the oil & gas industry (Kværner) for 16 years until joining NORUT Narvik in 2004.

Ross Wakelin has a PhD in Chemical & Process Engineering. After 15 years working in the pulp & paper industry with separation technologies and quality characterization his research interests have broadened at NORUT: Process integration and optimisation, multiphysics simulation, environmental technology and process feasibility studies.
